Ruth KoskenojaRuth completed her teacher training in 2007 at Moksha Yoga with Ted Grand and Jess Robertson. She brings her gentle, easy-going and compassionate spirit to class. Her classes are infused with athletic, restorative and meditative elements. In the Fall of 2009, Ruth studied restorative yoga with Judith Lasater, to learn the techniques which help to stimulate and balance the body during and after periods of stress, fatigue or illness.
