3 Steps to Starting a Class at Jade:
Find a class that suits your interest, schedule and preferred level. Our friendly front desk staff will be more than happy to assist you as well.
Register prior to your first class. You need to fill in a registration form and buy our "New Client Package", which gives you 3 classes for just $20 + tax. You can do so in person or online via our MindBody app.
Show up at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to your first class so you have enough time to park your shoes at the front entrance, print your name on the sign in sheet, grab a mat and any props needed for the class and ENJOY your class. Should you have any health concerns or are expecting, please notify the instructor in advance as well. Mats, props and water are all available on site. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and you are ready to go! No footwear is needed. As for parking, we recommend the free 2 hour parking lot behind the Paul Mall or the paid parking on Queen Street.
3 Steps to Booking an Appointment at Jade:
Call and leave us your name, phone number, type of treatment, and availability. We will strive to set it up as soon as possible.
Show Up at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill health forms and payment. We offer direct billing services on client's behalf so bring your insurance policy information with you. As for parking, we recommend the free 2 hour parking lot behind the Paul Mall or the paid parking on Queen Street.
Relax & Let Go. Tell your therapist know in advance what conditions or areas you'd like to be treated, and how much pressure you're prefer. For massages, undress to your level of comfort. Then relax during the session to get the most out of your treatment time!
