Lynn’s passion is to work in unison with the client, using a holistic massage, manual therapeutic approach inclusive of specific movement, and post-rehabilitative tools for long term self managed health benefits. Massage therapy is used to treat tight muscles and tissue that is part of a manual therapy program. Manual therapeutics incorporate massage, musculoskeletal assessments, and evaluation to create effective therapeutic treatment plans specific to individuals.
Treatment planning includes using manual therapeutics such as Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), along with appropriate exercises for ongoing self-care. Lynn has many years coaching movement of various levels and will incorporate the relevant exercises using Pilates principles and fascial variables as part of your plan.
Each client being unique, Lynn’s goal is to help clients reach their goals such as reducing pain, stress, recovering from injury, post-surgical, acute and / or chronic physical ailments. Her special interests include postural dysfunction and fascial tension imbalance, prenatal/postnatal, age related conditions, ABI injuries, and post concussion symptoms. Let’s work together for improved movement and wellbeing.
