Lynn DoyleLynn is certified in STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer. She also has training in Merrithew Fascial Movement, Core and Halo Instructor Foundations. She is a CanFitPro Fitness and Personal Training Specialist. As well, she has also trained with Body Harmonics Pilates, Tom Myers Anatomy Trans Facial Movement, and Robert Schleip Fascial Principles for Movement.
Lynn aspires to infuse all of her classes with Pilates core principles and Facial Movement for a fluid combination to improve mobility, stability, and strength. She believes that our minds and bodies CRAVE movement and challenges to build muscle tone, and maintain joint and postural health. All her classes will be geared to a variety of exercises, mindful movements and challenges to promote overall body balance, strength and awareness. |
