Laurence has recently graduated from her 200 hours yoga teacher course directly to the roots in the South of India. She spends a few months in Asia in Spring 2019 to be fully immerse in the yogi culture. She can teach Hatha and Ashtanga, but her own favorite is Vinyasa. Originally from Québec, she just moved to the Sault. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and is a lifestyle that deserve to be share. She loves the sens of community that comes with yoga. Her classes are mainly focusing on flows that are sync with the breath, strong alignment and more importantly stress relief and control of the mind. She is an energetic person who likes to have fun, experiment new asanas and help students realizing their own challenges.
