Kelly is honoured and excited to share yoga with others both as a teacher and as a student. Her yoga classes create a space for students to practice self-care through movement. She encourages everyone to respond to the inherent wisdom of their body from moment to moment, regardless of the style of class. Her hope is that you’ll leave your mat feeling lighter, stronger and more at ease.
Kelly believes that the relationships that form when we practice together strengthen our communities both on and off the mat. She has been part of the Moksha Yoga Sangha in Toronto since 2004 and teaching at Moksha studios since 2009! She continues to pursue studies in yoga, pranayama and meditation with longtime mentor Michael Stone. In winter 2017 Kelly was certified as a level 1 Yoga Tune-Up® teacher. This method has inspired her to explore innovative ways of moving through the lens of yoga. Kelly has a strong connection to Lake Superior and Northern Ontario, and in the near future plans to offer yoga retreats there. Ask her about it!
