Jena spent 10 years practicing Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in Toronto before moving back to Sault Ste. Marie and in 2013, pursuing her RYT 200 with Lea Jylha. Grateful for the strong, influential teachers she’s had over the years, Jena strives to create energizing, fluid classes that are balanced and graceful, with a focus on safe alignment, clarity, and a sense of possibility in body and mind. How she feels after yoga — calmer, brighter, better, lighter — she hopes to bring to her own classes.
