We are still open! The details of what is and isn't open during this lockdown may be a little difficult to figure out. So we're just letting you know that we are indeed open for massage and chiropractic appointments. We are following strict cleaning protocols as well as staggering appointment times in order to help clients maintain physical distance. Some of our yoga and Pilates teachers are offering online classes via zoom. Please make sure to check out our schedule page for all the details on classes. We look forward to opening our boutique when the restrictions have been lifted.

For the month of January, we have a 2 for 1 special for our new 5:30 pm online Pilates classes ~ 2 people can take the same class for the price of 1! Attend In-Studio Classes or At Home Via Zoom!
It's seriously so easy! Here are the quick step-by-step instructions for New & Contact Free Ways to Take Classes With Us.
1. Please sign up in advance as we are limited to 7 spots for in-studio classes and also require 1 hour advance registration for virtual classes

- Call the front desk or register online via your MindBody account. If you are new to MindBody, please create an account first. Once you are logged in, view schedule then click on your class of choice. It will prompt you to purchase the corresponding class package or apply your current passes.
- Please wear a mask when entering the building, and only remove your mask when the class begins. Please put your mask back on when class is done.
- Please bring your own water, mat, and props.
- Only arrive 5 minutes before class and leave promptly afterwards. You are welcome to catch up with your classmates outside.
- If you need your passes extended, just let us know!
- Please make sure to register at least 1 hour in advance to allow enough time to receive the Zoom meeting information via email.
- Set up your practice space, mat and device and click on the zoom meeting link in your email 5 minutes before class.
- Please remember to mute your microphone, and feel free to turn on your video so our instructors can make sure you are following along.

- Keep your camera on! This creates connection and community with the instructor and other classmates.
- The bigger the better! Try and use your tv or laptop, instead of your phone. It's easier to see your instructor.
- Take your time to set up your device before class. Make sure that it is in a spot that is easy to view, avoiding any cranking of your neck.
- Commit to staying. Just like an in-studio class, arriving on time, and staying until the end benefits you and all those in your class.
