Join us virtually via zoom for the 4 weeks Pilates Conditioning! These classes are designed for summer & outdoor activities such as golfing, paddling, gardening, hiking, cycling to name a few. Lynn will incorporate Pilates principles to improve body awareness relative to the specific activity movement patterns. Working from the core to the periphery provides the foundation to dynamic mobility for arms, shoulders and spine, and increasing leg, hip and torso power for stamina and function. This class runs from April 21 - May 12 for only $60+hst. Do you have passes on your account? Feel free to use those as well. Please sign up in advance and we will sent out the zoom meeting info 1 hour before the first class.
